We are pleased to have Vice Mayor Bagley as our sole speaker. She will discuss matters of concern to the Cameron Station Community.
AGENDA
1. Vice Mayor Bagley will discuss the following topics:
Duke Street Land Use Plan
Housing 2040 Master Plan
Van Dorn Street and Bridges Design Project
She will also answer any questions members may have. (7:00 - 7:40)
2. Sunny will present two members who want to fulfill the roles of Secretary and Director. Each of them will give a very brief summary of their relative background. (7:40 - 7:45)
3. Updates on key matters affecting Cameron Station. (7:45 - 7:55)
4. Questions, comments, concerns (7:55- 8:00)

Speaker Bio
Sarah Bagley is currently serving as Vice Mayor on the Alexandria City Council. Originally from Virginia Beach, Virginia, Sarah has been actively involved with local voter engagement and activism work since relocating to DC in 2003 and Alexandria in 2016. In addition to her work for the City Council, Sarah is the Executive Director of a non-profit that provides supportive services to residents living in affordable housing communities around the country. Sarah also sits on several boards and commissions.
Vice Mayor Bagley has been on the City Council since 2021. After winning the most votes in the November 2024 general election, she was elected to the position by her fellow City Council members.
Prior to her election, Sarah was active with the Alexandria Democratic Committee project which focused on engaging people locally, regionally, and nationally in the electoral process. She also worked for several years for a local group advocating at the state, local and federal levels for measures aimed at reducing gun violence and raising awareness about gun safety.
Sarah is a graduate of The College of William and Mary and received a law degree from The Catholic University Columbus School of Law.
