We had close to 100 neighbors join us today at our annual Thanksgiving Day Walk! Thanks again to Melanie and Jeremy for hosting us afterwards for hot chocolate, coffee, and donuts. Hope you all have a great Thanksgiving! Gobble, gobble! 🦃

Brookville-Seminary Valley
The Brookville-Seminary Valley area is a residential community with a mix of housing including low density single family homes, medium density two-family duplexes and townhouses. Our residents are a diverse population of single adults and families.
There are two elementary schools in BSVCA: Patrick Henry School (pre-K through 8) on Taney Avenue and James K. Polk Elementary School on Polk Avenue. The City of Alexandria has one high school - T.C. Williams High School, home of the famous Titans.
Our community was developed during the 1950's and it represents Mid Century Modern Living at its best. Located inside 'The Beltway' it is an ideal location for commuters, shoppers, and nature seekers. Access to major highways makes it easy to get to your destination while bike, walking and jogging trails make it possible to walk to the library, participate in open markets and enjoy local dining. Clearly, the Brookville-Seminary Valley area is an ideal way to fulfill work, social, and recreational needs. We are a sophisticated community with small town charm.
