Never underestimate the power of women, especially women who pray! We experienced this first hand last weekend at the Women's May Luncheon for , Heights Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Then, when we counted the purses we were reminded again (and again!) Many of the purses were filled with toiletries -- two boxes of them. We welcomed more than 125 purses for our ministry. And, a generous check with ongoing prayers from the event will set us on a successful pathway for this Fall's purse stuffing. Thank you! ,

Huge shout out to the Women of Heights Cumberland Presbyterian Church and the Women's May Luncheon. Pursonalities Plus ABQ's own Jane Bickelman was the featured speaker. Jane and Mary Ellen were table guests of Amy R, pastor's wife. After a tasty lunch, the group adjourned to the sanctuary for the program. Empowerment to the max! PursonalitiesPlusABQ is proud to have been a part of Swing Fore Empowerment with Women of HB Construction. Look at the trunk full of donations we received! No surprise, we managed to supply a purse filled with gift cards for one of the many drawings. The event raised $1,000 for Lobo Women's golf with a check from JB Construction! What a champion! Jill B has been collecting for Pursonalities Plus ABQ for years! And, she encourages others to join her. When Jill called for a pick up, we were unprepared for just how many bags she had. Full size bars of soap! Pens, notepads, jewelry, and purses (of course)! Jill told us that she shops when there are coupons and she almost always finds something on sale at the store. We're so grateful for your work, Jill. Thank you. ,
