Congratulations to Lyndsey Henderson, NMRPA member, and CORE Facility Director for the City of Hobbs. In a search of the NRPA CPRE database on 8/3/26, Lyndsey was listed as the ONLY Certified Parks and Recreation Executive in New Mexico having passed the CPRE certification exam in July!

Congratulations to Lyndsey Henderson on an incredible achievement! ๐Ÿ‘

Recreation Director Doug McDaniel recognized Lyndsey's outstanding career with the City of Hobbs, which began in 2018 as Sports Coordinator before becoming CORE - Center Of Recreational Excellence Facility Director in 2019.

Through years of hard work and dedication, Lyndsey has earned multiple national certifications, culminating in her recent achievement as a Certified Parks and Recreation Executive, the highest certification in the parks and recreation profession.

Lyndsey is now the only Certified Parks and Recreation Executive in the State of New Mexico and joins an elite group of just 400 professionals nationwide. ๐ŸŒŸ

Mayor Sena called the CORE "the gem of this region" and congratulated Lyndsey on this remarkable accomplishment.

๐ŸŽŠ Please join us in celebrating Lyndsey and this well-deserved milestone! ๐ŸŽ‰
