Whomever is doing donuts at the boat ramp, please stop! You are making a mess of the public access. Causing damage which can damage vehicles, trailers and boats. Have some respect!

Flotilla - Sunday, May 24th

This is the number to text your votes to for the flotilla. Only vote between 6 pm - 7 pm or until the last boat passes on the 2nd lap. Text the number you want to win! (Boats are numbered by the line up: example first boat in lineup is Boat 1, etc.)

Flotilla Participants: Begin to line up at the public access at 5:45 pm. Take off will be at 6 pm when announced by Sandy Sell. Pick your own theme. Prizes will be awarded.

Albion Town-Wide Rummage Sales will take place April 30th through May 3rd.

If you plan to host a rummage or garage sale, please note that you will be responsible for your own advertising. The HOA will not be scheduling or organizing a specific sale date this year.

ANNUAL EARTH DAY CLEANUP
Tomorrow, Wednesday, April 22nd
11 am Public Access
Cleaning up the public access and beach area. Bring gloves, rakes, trimmers, trash bags. All who can volunteer are requested. This is a way to keep our waterways clean and our lake beautiful. After all the high waters and rain, there is much debri that needs to be attended to.

Arthur Drive is now flooded—please use extreme caution if driving in the area.

At this time, we are also requesting a NO WAKE on the lake. Water levels are extremely high, and currents may be faster than usual.

If you are on or near the lake:
*Use extra care
*Ensure all watercraft are securely tied down
*Secure any items near the shoreline

If you come across items in the water or near your property, please post here so owners can be reunited with their belongings.
