Practice tomorrow.

Still time.

Still opportunity. đź’Ş

We’re 4 practices in… which means 22 practices are still ahead of us this summer.

That’s 22 more chances to:
âś… Get better
âś… Build confidence
âś… Chase small wins
âś… Grow your grit

And it starts again tomorrow.

If you missed one, if you missed a few it’s not too late.

You haven’t missed your moment.

You can still show up. You can still put the work in.
But here’s something to think about.

👉 Remember how you felt when last season ended.

Remember the matches you wish you had back.
The moments you wish you were more prepared.
The goals you didn’t quite reach.
That feeling?
That’s your fuel right now.
Don’t wait for next season to wish you had started sooner.

Don’t wait for someone else to outwork you.
Because every practice you show up to now…

Every drop of sweat… every rep… every small win…

👉 It adds up.
22 practices left.
That’s 22 chances to be different when it matters most.

So show up tomorrow.
Get the work in.
Stay consistent.

Because the athletes who remember that feeling and do something about it are the ones who change the outcome. 👊

Congratulations Ellie, Charlie, and Whitny! Excited to see what the future holds for these 3 athletes!

Nobody talks about how much a well-timed fireman's or a clean dump changes a match — until you've drilled it enough that it's automatic. The Fort Fireman's & Dumps Camp is March 29th, two sessions (10am–12pm and 1pm–3pm), $40–$50 with or without lunch. Sign up at https://fortwrestling.com/camps
