First Baptist Alabaster Food Ministry Throughout the year, we provide families monthly with groceries. Drive thru 2nd & 4th Monday for Shelby County Residents. for Shelby County residents only.

If you would like to support this ministry, we accept non-perishables and monetary donations to 903 3rd Ave NW Alabaster 35007 Although we provide assistance to families year around, during the holidays and winter, we assist approximately 500 families per month. In the past, we have provided groceries and clothing, paid utility bills for the financially desperate, and provided Christmas gifts for children. Hours for Free Food 2nd and 4th Monday unless holiday 12-2 pm.

903 3rd Ave NW Alabaster 12-2 drive-through only and we do run out of food boxes so be there early! Please register if this is your first time www.fbcalabaster.org go to the community ministries tab and then request food assistance. You may only pick up food once a month, so please choose the second or fourth Monday ! Any teenagers, high school or college students that would like volunteer hours we could definitely use your help! Our volunteers are there from 9 AM till 2 PM.@

Thank you United Way of Central Alabama We were one of 15 organizations to receive a grant from the United Way of Central Alabama. This $2500 will help us purchase special holiday food boxes for our community in need!

Things to know:

1. Shelby county has more hungry families than you realize.
2. Shelby County is looked upon as we are doing well, while we have large numbers of homelessness, food shortages and financially struggling families of all income levels!
