The FFFL would like to apologize to the Champions for the FISH Bowl. I was taken in different directions that day and was not able to give your team the proper respect it deserved, I’m sorry. Thank you for being part of the FFFL.
Eric

Hey hope all is well, i am sending this message to let you know that me and team Kingdom were really taken back by the way the season ended last week. After the game there was no acknowledgement of our team winning the championship and there was also nothing posted on the FFFL page either. Look I know our team talks a lot of trash during the game and are hard on the refs but we don't apologize for being competitive guys and although we talk trash win or lose we shake hands after the game with every team and let the refs know that we understand they have a hard job and it NEVER spills over after a game has been played because everyone knows that it's part of the game and ALL teams talk trash. No team has every expressed displeasure with playing us and teams like the Saints and when they were there the Angels talked it as much as we did and we all loved it. I know that you personally don't like it or our team as a whole and that's cool and although i am not your biggest fan, i do respect the job that you have done with the FFFL and the time you have invested in the league and we all understand the challenge that comes with trying to organize, supervise and keep everyone happy with rules.

I LOVE the FFFL and i really looked forward to playing those games on Sunday afternoons but last week left a bad taste in my mouth and my team as a whole. Everyone could not believe how everything was just packed up and no one said anything, not even good game fellas, even HALO joked to us "they are just not going to acknowledge that y’all won are they". Kingdom has been a part of the FFFL for about 4 years now and me, Jock and Ed have been the constants on our team. I really believe that regardless of how you feel about our team that we deserved better than what we got last week and have EARNED better as well. We have won probably 4 times and i think we lost about 3 times in the title game to the Angels and each time we lost we gave it up to the team that beat us. I know that Ed has worked hard with you on the league as well and Jock too but their contributions were basically spit on last week. Now you may think i sent this email out of spite or hate but i didn't, i am sending this because I really do enjoy the FFFL and everything that it is supposed to stand for. As a team we have to decide if we are going to come back and play next season because it seems as if our loyalty to the league or presence is not wanted or appreciated. We will decide as a team if we come back and i hope that if we do last week will be the exception and not become the norm.

Congrats to Team KINGDOM for winning the Family Flag Football Championship this year ... all teams played hard and with great competitive spirit and although tensions are high during the games I am glad that every team leaves it on the field, again congrats to TEAM KINGDOM.
