We are looking for dedicated men and women who want to serve their community, protect lives, and make a difference. No experience? We’ll provide the training—you bring the heart! ❤️

We enjoyed welcoming the little ones back to school at Cook Primary this morning!

Sparky (also known as “Marshal”) came along to help make the students’ first day even more special with smiles, high-fives, and plenty of excitement.🐾

A thank you to our partners at the Adel Police Department for joining us as we welcomed everyone back for a great school year. We hope all of our students, teachers, and staff have a safe, successful, and amazing year!

The Adel Fire Department would like to congratulate Lieutenant Jared Lawrence on successfully earning his Fire Officer II Certification!

Fire Officer II is an advanced certification that focuses on fire department leadership, management, supervision, and administrative responsibilities. Successfully completing this course demonstrates Lieutenant Lawrence's commitment to professional development and his dedication to becoming a stronger leader within our department.

We had the opportunity to visit MyTyme Little Learners as part of their “Helping Hands in Our Community” program. We enjoyed spending time with the children, showing them our equipment, and sharing what firefighters do to help keep our community safe every day.

🚒The Adel Fire Department is continuing to accept donations at this time. Contributions we have received have already been allocated to specific areas and departments, and we will continue to distribute incoming donations to support the men and women actively fighting these fires.
