Great program for the kids!
Youth strength and conditioning will have 2 summer sessions. This is a great opportunity for athlete's to gain power and engine for their sport. Our youth athletes play football, hockey, baseball, basketball and lacrosse. We focus on form and learn lifts such as squats, deadlift, bench press, and power clean. These kids learn confidence and perseverance.
