Mayor Patrick McGrady and Harford County officials unveiled a new set of interpretive panels at the Aberdeen B&O Train Station on Saturday, April 18th, 2026. The signs tell the 140-year history of the Frank Furness-designed station while the building's interior restoration continues.

The same Civil War architect who designed Aberdeen's B&O train station also designed one for Havre de Grace. Aberdeen's still stands. The Havre de Grace station is gone, and the story of what happened to it is still being pieced together.
