Help Hydrate Sports Help Hydrate Sports was created to help ensure that student athletes receive adequate hydration.

My name is Thomas and I'm a high school athlete who saw a need at my current school. Students needed more electrolytes and hydration during practices and games/meets. So I started a Gatorade drive to help provide the students with the fuel that they need to perform their best during their entire season. I decided to call this initiative, "Help Hydrate Sports" because that's what we do. Through the

efforts of myself along with family, friends, neighbors and local businesses, we were able to provide Gatorade to many student athletes at Aberdeen High School and we are still accepting donations so that we can continue to provide Gatorade for all of Aberdeen's sports teams.
