SITE Thailand Announces Incentive Business Masterclass Success Across Four Regions

30 Days | 4 MICE Destinations | 129 Newly Certified Professionals

SITE Thailand proudly announces the successful completion of its Incentive Business Masterclass, “From Thailand to the Global Stage,” reinforcing its commitment to developing industry talent and strengthening Thailand’s MICE ecosystem.

Delivered over 30 days, the project reached four regions through four MICE destinations—Khon Kaen, Phuket, Pattaya and Chiang Mai—bringing practical industry knowledge, professional development and networking opportunities to regional business communities.

The programme certified 129 professionals, with contributions from 4 Incentive Masters and 8 guest speakers, activities across 8 venues, and participation representing 84 organisations.

This achievement reflects SITE Thailand’s dedication to connecting expertise with practice, expanding access to professional education, and equipping industry professionals to compete in the international incentive travel market.

With these newly certified graduates, SITE Thailand’s cumulative total reaches 248 certified professionals in 2026—a significant milestone in its commitment to workforce development.

From Thailand to the Global Stage — Strengthening Thailand’s Incentive Travel Industry

SITE Thailand, in collaboration with TCEB, proudly brought the SITE INCENTIVE BUSINESS MASTERCLASS to Chiang Mai — the third destination of our nationwide journey to strengthen MICE professionals and develop globally competitive Incentive Travel businesses.

🔹 DAY 1 — BUILDING KNOWLEDGE & BUSINESS SKILLS

The programme opened with a welcome from Ms. Nicha Singburaudom, Senior Manager of the Northern Regional Office, TCEB, followed by an introduction from Punnaporn Wongjunpen, President of SITE Thailand.

Participants explored three key topics led by Punnaporn Wongjunpen:

🔹 Think Like a Global DMC & Professional Standards
🔹 Design the WOW | Experience Design

The programme continued with SITE Talk: LANNA LIVING LEGACY, featuring Punnaporn Wongjunpen and La-iad Bungsrithong, Advisor to the Board of the Thai Hotels Association (THA), exploring how Lanna culture can be transformed into meaningful experiences.

The afternoon featured Make It Business | Sales & Marketing, led by Boontawee Jantasuwan, Vice President of SITE Thailand and Founder & CEO of ETA Group, followed by a hands-on group project presentation.

🥂 DAY 2 — LEARN • CONNECT • EXPERIENCE

Participants enjoyed SPECIAL VENUE | SIP WITH SITE — Drink Lecture at Sense Dhara Dhevi Wellness Club, featuring Karanpon Nititawachpong, Founder & Managing Director of Sense Wellness and Spa.

Through a wellness-focused SITE inspection and a special yoga activity, participants explored how wellness, mindfulness, and distinctive venues can inspire innovative Incentive Travel experiences.

🌏 FROM CHIANG MAI TO THE GLOBAL STAGE

The Chiang Mai kick-off highlighted the potential of Northern Thailand’s cultural heritage and wellness offerings in creating distinctive, globally competitive MICE experiences.

Participants stepped beyond the classroom with SPECIAL VENUE | SIP WITH SITE — Drink Lecture at House of Benedict Pattaya.

Through a special venue inspection and experience-sharing session, participants explored how creative spaces, distinctive concepts, and destination strengths can inspire memorable and innovative Incentive Travel experiences.

🌏 FROM PATTAYA TO THE GLOBAL STAGE

The Pattaya kick-off marked another milestone in SITE Thailand’s nationwide journey with TCEB to develop talent, strengthen professional capabilities, connect businesses, and create new opportunities for Thailand’s MICE industry.
