🌊 ถ้าเกิดวิกฤตขึ้นในชุมชนของคุณ คุณคิดว่าเยาวชนจะช่วยอะไรได้บ้าง? 🚨
เมื่อเกิดน้ำท่วม ภัยพิบัติ หรือวิกฤตต่าง ๆ เรามักเห็นคนลุกขึ้นมาช่วยกัน และในหลายครั้ง คนรุ่นใหม่ก็เป็นหนึ่งในพลังสำคัญที่ลงมือช่วยเหลือชุมชนของตัวเอง 🙌🏻
🙋🏻♀️🙋🏻♂️ สัปดาห์ที่ผ่านมา เยาวชนและเครือข่ายอาสาสมัครจากหลายประเทศกว่า 600 คน มารวมตัวกันในรูปแบบ Hybrid ในงาน The 3rd PSU International Volunteer Forum: Youth Volunteer Forum 2026 ที่จัดโดย มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ เพื่อแชร์ประสบการณ์ เรียนรู้จากกัน และคุยกันว่าเยาวชนจะมีส่วนช่วยรับมือกับวิกฤตได้อย่างไร
🎤 ยูนิเซฟได้ร่วมพูดคุยและทำกิจกรรมกับเยาวชนตลอดงาน มีคุณอิลาเรีย ฟาเวโร่ หัวหน้าฝ่ายการพัฒนาและการมีส่วนร่วมของเยาวชนร่วมเปิดงาน และพี่ๆ เจ้าหน้าที่ยูนิเซฟจากฝ่ายการสื่อสารและการมีส่วนร่วมกับอาสาสมัครก็ร่วมนำการพูดคุยหัวข้อ “วิธีการเสริมพลังเยาวชนให้มีส่วนร่วมในภาวะวิกฤต” และจัดเวิร์กช็อป “เตรียมความพร้อมอาสาสมัครเยาวชนเพื่อรับมือและช่วยเหลือในภาวะวิกฤต”
🌟 หนึ่งในสิ่งที่คุณอิลาเรียเน้นย้ำเสมอก็คือ
“การมีส่วนร่วมอย่างมีความหมาย คือการที่เยาวชนได้มีส่วนในการตัดสินใจเรื่องที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อชีวิตและสังคมที่พวกเขาอาศัยอยู่ เยาวชนไม่ใช่เพียงคนที่รอรับความช่วยเหลือ แต่พวกเขาเป็นส่วนสำคัญที่จะสร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลงได้”
👨🏻🦱 อีกด้านหนึ่ง เกย วิศิษ กองคำ อาสาสมัครคนรุ่นใหม่ที่ทำงานกับยูนิเซฟอย่างต่อเนื่องก็ได้พูดไว้ในงานว่า “งานอาสาคือการเข้าใจความต้องการของชุมชน ร่วมมือกับพวกเขาและสร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลงไปด้วยกัน”
📣 เมื่อเปิดพื้นที่ให้เยาวชนได้คิด ได้พูด ได้ลงมือทำ และได้ทำงานร่วมกับคนอื่น ๆ พลังเล็ก ๆ จากแต่ละคนก็สามารถต่อกันเป็นพลังที่ใหญ่ขึ้นได้
ทุกการสนับสนุน ทุกโอกาสที่สังคมมอบให้ และทุกการลงมือทำสร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลงได้เสมอ 🌱

🌊 If a crisis happened in your community, what do you think young people could do to help? 🚨
When floods, disasters or other crises hit, we often see people come together to support one another. And young people are often among those who step up and take action to help their own communities. 🙌🏻
🙋🏻♀️🙋🏻♂️ Last week, more than 600 young people and volunteers from different countries came together, both in person and online, for The 3rd PSU International Volunteer Forum: Youth Volunteer Forum 2026, organized by Prince of Songkla University. They came together to share experiences, learn from one another and explore how young people can play a role in responding to crises.
🎤 UNICEF took part throughout the forum. Ilaria Favero, Chief of Adolescent Development and Participation, joined the opening session, while UNICEF colleagues from Communications and Supporter Engagements led a discussion on “Empowering Youth in Crisis” and a workshop on “Preparing Youth Volunteers for Crisis Relief.”
🌟 One thing Ilaria always emphasizes is that meaningful participation means giving young people a genuine say in decisions that affect their lives and communities. Young people are not only beneficiaries, but also agents of change.
👨🏻🦱 Goey Wisit Kongkham, a young volunteer who has been working with UNICEF, also shared: “Volunteering means understanding communities, working alongside them and creating change together.”
📣 When young people have the space to speak up, take action and work with others, small efforts can come together to create something much bigger.
