The celebration continues! As part of the first-ever IEEE Day Celebration organised by IEEE Singapore Section, we proudly recognize our Photography Competition Winners.

We are thrilled to announce the second runner up of the competition:

🏆 Andy Koers — National University of Singapore
📷 Image Description: Our human desires to capture and preserve the beauty around us—the main themes of this image—have propelled us throughout the centuries. The invention of eyeglasses, the endless art inspired by the natural world, and now the portable cameras in our modern handphones. Aquariums are a key factor in our efforts to conserve our oceans, and serve to bringing Earth's maritime majesty closer to humanity. The woman in the picture looks up through the curved glass and saltwater, readying her phone to snap a photo of the Port Jackson Shark. She is luckier than she could know.

Congratulations to Andy Koers for capturing an inspiring moment that reflects creativity, innovation, and the spirit of IEEE. Sincere thanks to everyone who participated and submitted such inspiring entries.
