We are looking for experienced cybersecurity professionals to become mentors.

The Industry Learning Mentorship Programme, run by the Centre For Cybersecurity Institute (CFCI) and the Association of Information Security Professionals (AiSP), pairs seasoned practitioners with students and graduates of CFCI's hands-on Cybersecurity Career Kickstart+ programme. Over six months, mentors help them turn training into real-world capability.

Here is what mentoring involves:

- Guide one mentee over roughly six months through 1:1 engagements (August 2026 to January 2027)
- Shape the learning around your mentee's goals
- Attend one online workshop and three evening events

Supported by TIG. Facilitated by Avodah People Solutions.

The Industry Learning Mentorship Programme pairs experienced cybersecurity professionals (with min 10 years’ experience) with students and graduates of CFCI's Cybersecurity Career Kickstart+ programme, for a six-month journey from training to real-world confidence.

If you have built a career in cyber, this is your chance to give back: guide one mentee, share what the work is really like, and help grow the talent our sector needs.
What you'll do:
