Almost two weeks ago, along with CIC Warsaw we had the pleasure of hosting the first session of the re-launched FemTech Fridays 🚀

A big THANK YOU 👏 to our guest speaker Zuzanna Mierzejewska who presented her insights about the factors influencing the effectiveness of project planning ⭐

Here are top 3 key messages from her talk:
1) Clarity comes first.
If you don’t know what you’re building and why — ex*****on won’t happen.
2) Indecision is the real blocker.
Most ideas don’t fail - they never move forward because no decision is made.
3) Ex*****on is a process, not a moment.
Small steps, consistency, and adjustment create real results — not perfect plans.
