Ang 𝗛𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮 ay isang namamanang sakit na dulot ng kakulangan sa mga clotting factors sa dugo. Maging mapagmatyag sa mga sumusunod na sintomas:

‼️Matinding pagdurugo tuwing nagkakasugat
‼️Hindi maipaliwanag na mga bukol o hematoma
‼️Pagdurugo ng ilong o gilagid
‼️Hindi normal na pagdurugo sa tueing matuturukan
‼️Pagkakaroon ng dugo sa dumi o ihi

Mahalaga ang maagang pagsusuri upang maiwasan ang seryosong komplikasyon. Kung may kasaysayan ng Hemophilia sa pamilya o may nararanasang sintomas, agad na magpakonsulta sa Health Center.

Ang pagdurugo na hindi normal ay may dahilan, alamin at kumilos agad bago lumala.

The 𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐳 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 - 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐬 firmly took a stand for truth, compassion, and public health through the 𝐕𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭 𝐒𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐦𝐚: 𝐇𝐈𝐕 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐲𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐮𝐦, held today at the Dadivas Gymnasium. The gathering brought students together for honest conversations on HIV, grounded in science, empathy, and shared responsibility—proving that awareness is strongest when the community listens and learns as one.

The symposium was enriched by the presence of 𝐌𝐫. 𝐀𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐥 𝐉𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐚, 𝐋𝐏𝐓, 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐳 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐈𝐧𝐜., who served as the 𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐋𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐫, offering grounded insights on HIV education, prevention, and the urgent need to confront stigma at its roots.

Today’s symposium reminded us that HIV awareness is not just a health issue—it is a human issue. And when a community chooses understanding over fear, stigma has no place to stand.

The Philippine Red Cross and Red Cross Youth Capiz Chapter, invites everyone to take part in this meaningful initiative dedicated to supporting the 𝙚𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙧𝙚𝙣 𝙞𝙣 𝘿𝙖𝙮𝙝𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙣, 𝙋𝙞𝙡𝙖𝙧, 𝘾𝙖𝙥𝙞𝙯. 𝐌𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐚𝐬, 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐒𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐬!❤️

At the core of our parol lies a story of faith, identity, and shared hope, carefully crafted using the skills and traditions of Capiz. Wrapped in banig, the star represents the strength and humility of the community, woven together as one CapSU family. Its open center features an abaniko formed into a flower, symbolizing life, renewal, and the hope that blossoms during the Christmas season.

At the heart of this design is the Holy Family—Mary, Joseph, and the infant Jesus—serving as a reminder that light, purpose, and salvation emerge from simplicity and unity. This reflects how guidance and compassion can arise from humble beginnings, much like CapSU’s mission to develop learners into future leaders.

Surrounding the star is an arc of Kapis shells, paying tribute to Capiz as the Seafood Capital of the Philippines and celebrating the shared identity of Capiznons and Capizeños. Beyond their aesthetic value, these shells honor local culture, natural resources, and the livelihoods sustained by the sea. The torotot shells placed at each point of the star symbolize the guiding light of the Star of Bethlehem.

The structure is reinforced with culm sheath (dait ka butong), nito plates, and buri strips—materials that reflect resilience, sustainability, and harmony with nature, values that are deeply rooted in the CapSU spirit.

This parol embodies the RISE CapSU spirit—resilient in our roots, innovative in creation, united in service, and inspired by faith. As it shines, it serves as a reminder that by honoring our identity and working together, we rise as one—guided by light and strengthened by hope.

This meaningful creation is made possible through the collaboration of Capiz Eco-Youth Volunteers (CEYV) CapSU Main and ROTARACT CapSU Main.
