Day 2 of our Leadership Training unfolded with meaningful discussions and realizations that reminded our young leaders that leadership is not simply about being in frontโit is about knowing when to lead, listen, and stand beside the people we serve.
The morning session continued with ๐บ๐๐ ๐ฑ๐๐ ๐ด๐๐พ๐๐ ๐จ๐๐๐๐๐
๐, discussion on St. John Baptist de La Salle as a Leader, highlighting leadership rooted in care, presence, formation, and reflection.
This was followed by ๐บ๐๐ ๐พ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐จ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐โ๐ session, โ๐๐๐๐๐๐ฃ๐ ๐ผ๐๐๐ค๐ง๐๐๐ฃ๐ ๐ฉ๐ค ๐ฉ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐จ ๐ค๐ ๐ฉ๐๐ ๐๐๐ฉ๐ช๐๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ,โ which explored Situational Leadership and its different approaches. Through engaging workshops, our leaders strengthened their critical thinking and problem-solving skills while learning to respond to the needs of their people with greater adaptability.
The session left a meaningful realization:

In the afternoon, ๐ด๐๐๐ ๐ฒ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ฉ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ led a meaningful session on ๐๐๐ฃ๐ฉ๐๐ก ๐๐๐๐ก๐ฉ๐ ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐ข๐ค๐ฉ๐๐ค๐ฃ๐๐ก ๐๐๐ก๐ก-๐๐๐๐ฃ๐, emphasizing that leaders, too, need support, understanding, and time to care for themselves. Discussions on coping mechanisms, stress management, the Time Management Matrix, and Radical Candor provided practical ways to prevent burnout and protect our well-being.
And perhaps the simplest reminder carried the greatest weight:

Day 2 reminded us that effective leadership is adaptive, compassionate, reflective, and human. As our young leaders continue to grow, may they lead not only with purpose, but also with careโfor their people, their community, and themselves.
Because sometimes, the strongest leaders are not those who are always ahead, but those who know exactly where their people need them to be. ๐
