You have braved the challenges, demonstrated resilience, and upheld the true spirit of Scouting. This milestone is a testament to your dedication, discipline, and commitment to excellence.
Our gratitude goes to the BSP Capiz Council, headed by OIC-CSE Mr. Warren Paredes, along with the distinguished panel members: Sctr. Wilden Espinolo, Sctr. Jose Ecaran, Sctr. Mario Dais, ES JB Lebaña, and ES Michael Bicas. We also extend our appreciation to Sir Aldin Avelino for gracing the event, and to FCU’s very own Eagle Scout Miles Barrios for the invaluable support extended to our scouts.
Our salute as well to the Outfit Advisors, Sctr. Ferdinand Taytayon, Sctr. Rosh Viem Paras and Sctr. Metchi Franco for their unwavering guidance and support.
As you move forward in your Scouting journey, may you continue to live by the Scout Oath and Law. Lead with integrity, serve with humility, and inspire others through your actions. The path ahead may bring new challenges, but you have proven that you are more than ready to face them.
