❤️ A Tribute to Our Beloved Founder

This gathering is a special opportunity for us to remember our late Founder, Hon. Efren Rafanan, and the meaningful work he began through CIA-Bayanihan.
We will look back on some of the activities and moments from the years when he was with us—remembering his dedication to helping others, bringing people together, and living out the true spirit of bayanihan and service.

Though he is no longer with us, the values he shared and the spirit of service he planted in CIA-Bayanihan continue to live on through every volunteer, every helping hand, and every community we serve. ❤️🙏

Today, we gather not only to serve, but also to honor his memory by continuing the mission he believed in.

Date: September 21, 2026�Venue: Napico Multi-Purpose Hall, Brgy. Manggahan, Pasig City�Activity: Community Engagement and Crime Prevention Initiative

The CIA-Bayanihan Inc. – Pasig City Chapter, through its officers and members, joined and supported the Community Engagement and Crime Prevention Activity conducted by the Pasig City Police Station in coordination with Barangay Manggahan.

The activity was led by PLT Aurora Joy D. Manuela, PMAJ Jazon G. Lovendino, and PLTCOL Randy C. Moratalla, together with Acting Barangay Captain Hon. Gloria Lualhati and the Barangay Council.

The activity promoted crime prevention, public safety awareness, and stronger police-community partnership, with information sharing on drug awareness, crime prevention, PNP hotlines, and Unified 911. Rice packs, snacks, and facemasks were also distributed to participants.

The participation of the CIA-Bayanihan Inc. – Pasig City Chapter reflects its continuing commitment to bayanihan, volunteerism, community service, and partnership with the PNP and local communities in promoting peace, safety, and public welfare.
