31st Police Community Relations (PCR) Month Culminating Activity
On July 31, 2025, at 8:00 AM, Pasig City Police Station, under the leadership of PCOL Hendrix B Mangaldan, Chief of Police, successfully culminated the 31st Police Community Relations (PCR) Month Celebration with the theme, "Sa Bagong Pilipinas, Ugnayang Pulis at Mamamayan: Tapat, Maasahan at Nararamdaman ng Bayan," held at the Pasig CPS Multi-Purpose Hall, C. Raymundo Avenue, Brgy. Caniogan, Pasig City.
The activity featured the Message of the Guest of Honor and Speaker, Mr. Marcelo C. Zafra, Jr., President of the Rotary Club of Pasig, emphasizing the importance of strengthening police-community partnerships. It was followed by the Awarding of Certificates of Appreciation to selected Pasig CPS personnel and members of the Advocacy Support Groups (ASGs) in recognition of their exemplary performance, unwavering dedication, and outstanding contributions to the implementation of Police Community Relations (PCR) programs and initiatives.
The program concluded with the Ceremonial Signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Pasig CPS Council of Advocacy Support Groups, partner NGOs, and stakeholders, reaffirming their commitment to collaborative community service and public safety. PCOL Hendrix B Mangaldan, Chief of Police, delivered his closing message, expressing gratitude to all partners and emphasizing Pasig CPS's continued commitment to strengthening police-community relations through responsive and community-oriented policing.
