Today, we celebrate a person who brings laughter everywhere he goes, but also someone who carries responsibilities with his strength and heart. Behind the humor and chaotic energy is a student leader who always chooses to put others first before himself.

A classmate and an SSG president who leads not just with excellence, but with genuine care for the people that surrounds him. He is someone who excels in his craft, inspires others through his dedication, and proves that leadership can be both impactful and joyful.

On this day, a precious someone was bornโ€”Rassia. Her birth, for sure, gave a lot of people immeasurable joy. So, we wish you a happy, happy 18th Birthday! Through every friendship you've made, you have always demonstrated how you're such a caring and loving girl. As you navigate a new chapter of your life, we pray that your light never dims.

This is not a promise that life will be easy, but it is an assurance that those you have formed a connection with, and of course, God, will always be by your side. Just as how you've always lent your ears to listen to everyone, there will always be someone that will do the same for you with all their heart. On this special day, we celebrate someone who always strives to give the best of her effort in everything she does. The kind of person who shows what true friendship really means, always ready to listen, always ready to understand, and always there when someone needs her the most.

Her life reflects perseverance, strength, and resilience. Even when things are not easy, she keeps moving forward with courage and grace. The way she faces challenges and still chooses to care for the people around her is something truly unwavering.

But then, who is she? She is Yzabelle a.k.a. Izzie.

Sa isang kalyeng hindi natutulog, ang pananampalataya ay itinitinda sa bangketa at ang milagro ay may katumbas na halaga. Ang bawat katok sa pinto ay maaaring simula ng kagalinganโ€”o ng iyong katapusan.

Para sa mga pamilyang isinilang sa kuko ng lansangan, ang pananampalataya ay hindi lamang debosyonโ€”ito ay paraan ng paghinga sa gitna ng usok at pagkabulok. Sa loob ng kanilang tahanan, hindi lamang ang mga dahon ang idinidikdik, sinasabayan ito ng mga mahihinang bulong sa pagitan ng mga rebulto

Isang hiling, isang lunas, isang pagkakasala. Ang kanilang biyaya ay nagmumula sa isang lihim nakabaon sa kanilang kaibuturanโ€”isang pagkakakulong sa nakagawian nilang kabuhayan.

Sa likod ng dingding, may aninong pilit ibinabaon ngunit pilit ding kumakawala. At ang pader ng kanilang tahanan ay nagiging saksi sa unti-unting pagguho ng kanilang kaluluwa. Isang pamilyang nakakubli sa balabal ng kabanalan, na ang bawat himalang itinitinda ay may bakas ng pagnanakaw sa kabilang buhay, hanggang ang kanilang mga kamay ay maging kasing-pangit na ng lupang pilit nilang tinatakasan.

Sa bayan na tila hindi na sinisikatan ng araw o marahang dinadaaanan ng mga malayang ibon, may katiting na liwang na namamalagi sa isang tahimik na silid. Dito matatagpuan ang isang dalagang bitbit ang katotohanan. Ngunit, sa kabila ng kanyang malimit na pagsasalita ay may hindi mapipigilang katapangan nang namuo; ito'y nag durugo sa mga pahina ng kanyang talaarawan, marahil ito lang ang puwang upang siya'y makahinga nang may kasarinlan.

Sakim nilang kinuha ang lahat, ngunit hindi ang tinta ng kanyang pagmamahal sa bayan at ang mga kwentong isinulat niya sa 'di mabilang na kalatas gamit ang kanyang dugo na kailanma'y hindi mabubura. Siya si Liliosa. Isang estudyanteng lider; anak, aktibista, babae. Isang Pilipino. Isang Martir.

The crowd chatters, a cacophonous sound of voices, laughter, whispers and even gossip. The theater is lively, seats are full and tickets are sold out.

Then suddenlyโ€”the lights go out. A hush falls over the crowd, absolute silence, not a single word. Then the stage curtains are slowly pulled back, parting to reveal a figure in the middle.

A blinding light shines down on her from above, only seeming to boost her radiance even more.

The audience is fanatical, standing ovations as her voice rings out in a melodious tune that enraptured every single person there.

Happiest Birthday to Ysabell Maza! Today we celebrate the multi-talented, creative, visionary, virtuoso that you are.

Always know that your every idea, random burst into song and moment with you is cherished deep within our hearts!
