The Rotaract Club of Manila is honored to welcome Hon. Victor Ma. Regis “Vico” Sotto, Mayor of Pasig City, as our Guest of Honor and Speaker for Moonlight Majesty: Joint Induction, Handover Ceremonies, and Dice Game Fellowship.

A graduate of Political Science and Public Management from Ateneo de Manila University, Mayor Vico began his public service journey as a city councilor before being elected Mayor of Pasig City in 2019. His leadership has been recognized for advancing transparency, accountability, and citizen participation in local governance.

As we welcome a new Rotaract year, we look forward to hearing from a leader whose journey reminds us that meaningful change begins with purposeful leadership and a genuine commitment to serve.

Join us as we celebrate new beginnings, honor the leaders who came before us, and look forward to a brighter future under the moonlight. 🌙💙
