Last September 29, 𝗠𝗮𝗽ú𝗮 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗢𝗦𝗧 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀’ 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 held the DOST-SEI 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀’ 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗶𝗹𝗼𝘁 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 at the Intramuros Campus.

Scholars had the chance to get a first look at the new portal, explore its features, and learn more about how it can make scholarship-related processes more accessible and convenient. The activity also gave participants an opportunity to share their feedback as the platform continues to be developed.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us and took part in this activity! We hope this pilot testing gave our scholars a better look at what’s ahead for scholarship transactions through the new portal. 💙

Two years ago, more than 1,000 DOST Scholars from across the National Capital Region gathered for the First General Assembly of the NCR Alliance of DOST Scholars—a gathering marked by new connections and shared aspirations.

Under the theme 𝐒𝐔𝐋𝐎𝐍𝐆: 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐍𝐂𝐑 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐈𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬, scholars from across the region connected, exchanged perspectives, and reaffirmed our shared values.

Now, we are preparing to gather once again. Are you ready for the 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐥𝐲?

As we begin preparations, we invite you to accomplish our 𝐏𝐫𝐞-𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦. Your responses will help us understand your interest, expectations, and suggestions as we work toward a purposeful and enriching gathering for NCR DOST Scholars.

𝙉𝙀𝙑𝙀𝙍 𝙎𝙄𝙇𝙀𝙉𝙏. 𝙉𝙀𝙑𝙀𝙍 𝘽𝙀 𝘽𝙇𝙄𝙉𝘿 𝘼𝙂𝘼𝙄𝙉.

Fifty-four years ago, Proclamation No. 1081 was signed in 1972, which brought darkness and fear to our country. Up to this day, the lesson remains clear, freedom requires constant awareness. The era of Martial Law demonstrated how fast democracy weakens when silence and corruption prevail.

Today, we are reminded again that remembering the past is a duty to the future. MU DOST SA stands firm against corruption, anchored in the belief that integrity is non-negotiable for genuine national progress.

Stand Firm. Speak Truth. Guard our Freedom.
