🎉 Congratulations to PICS Negros Occidental Chapter!

The Philippine Instrumentation and Control Society (PICS) extends its warmest congratulations to PICS NOC for the successful staging of its 32nd Annual Convention, held on July 15–16, 2026, at Roy's Hotel and Convention Center, Pahanocoy, Bacolod City.

Representing PICS National at the event were President Dr. Jaido S. Zarceno and Treasurer Engr. Dennis Masula, who attended the convention to express the Society's full support and strengthen our commitment to advancing the instrumentation and control profession across the country.

Congratulations once again to the PICS NOC officers, organizers, speakers, exhibitors, and participants for a successful and meaningful convention. We look forward to many more years of collaboration and excellence!
