ISIPIN MO, ilang libong Pilipino ang namamatay araw-araw dahil walang pera pambayad sa ospital. Kahit may mga libreng ospital, hindi enough yung facilities to accommodate them.
Madaming Pinoy ang sobrang takot magpa-checkup kasi magastos magpagamot.

Kung may capacity ka mag-ipon, isama mo yung paghahanda kung magkasakit ka o ang pamilya.

📅 3 days later: “Saan na yung sahod ko?”

Tapos sasabihin mo:
“May trabaho naman ako… bakit parang wala pa rin akong social life?” 😂

Na-scam ka?

Ang PAGOD pwedeng ipahinga.

Pero ang kahirapan hanggat wla kang binabago sa nakasanayan mong gawin araw2, ipahinga mo man yan, ikain mo man yan at itulog mo man yan, paggising mo kahirapan pa rin ang bubungad sayo.

Hindi mo kasalanan ipinanganak ng mahirap. Pero pag namatay kang mahirap.... Kasalanan mo na yun! At alam mo ba ang mas nkakalungkot? Yung mawala ka sa mundo na ang naipamana mo sa iyong pamilya ay KAHIRAPAN pa rin!

Ngayon pa lang mag-isip isip na tayo.
Walang FOREVER sa kahirapan....

Gastos nang gastos, tapos ‘bahala na si Batman’ sa dulo.

Kung kelan paubos na ang sweldo, doon lang magtataka kung saan napunta ang pera.
Kung kelan due na ang bayarin, doon lang maalala na may responsibilidad.
Kung kelan wala nang budget sa groceries, saka lang marerealize na hindi pala sineryoso ang pagba-budget.

And what do we say?
“Bahala na si Batman.”
As if our favorite superhero is also our financial planner. Ohahay!

Truth is:
Batman won’t pay our bills.
He won’t fund our kids’ tuition.
He won’t cover our emergency fund.

Disiplina ang tunay na superpower.
Budgeting is boring — but it saves us.
Planning ahead isn’t flashy — but it gives peace of mind.
Saying no today might feel hard — but it says yes to our future.

So next time we are tempted to swipe that card or click “Add to cart” for the fifth time today, let us ask ourself:

“Is this aligned with my priorities — or am I just avoiding the hard truth?”

Because our life deserves better than “bahala na.”
Our family deserves better than financial survival.
And our dreams?
They deserve a plan — not a punchline.
