Engkwentro 2016: The Peoples' Verdict Engkwentro 2016, "The People's Verdict" provides an avenue to promote voters education.

Engkwentro 2016: The Peoples' Verdict is a forum where candidates for Representative of the 1st District of South Cotabato,and for Mayor and Vice Mayor of General Santos City will come face to face with each other to present their platforms and address issues and concerns that affect the lives of their constituents. This is a pet project of JCI General Santos "Twin Star" since 2004 in partnership

with KBP SarGen, and for the second time now with SM City General Santos. Engkwentro 2016: The Peoples' Verdict intends to equip voters with knowledge about the candidates that will help them come up with an informed choice and decision towards choosing the best leaders who would represent the people's voice.
