𝐏𝐈𝐂𝐄 𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐓𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓: 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐌𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 ✨
At the beginning, everything felt unfamiliar. New faces, new responsibilities, and a role that demanded more than just showing up. For Mr. Acbang, stepping into PICE was more than accepting a position, it was entering a space where expectations were high and growth was inevitable.
As he took on the role of Treasurer for PICE NU Dasmariñas (2024–2025), the experience quickly showed its reality. There were tight deadlines, moments of miscommunication, and challenges that tested both his patience and confidence. But instead of backing down, he learned how to navigate through it all, quietly building strength in the process.
Beyond the responsibilities, he discovered something more meaningful. He realized that organizations are not just built on plans and systems, but on people. Through shared struggles and small victories, he learned that genuine friendship is not measured by constant presence, but by understanding, trust, and showing up when it truly counts.
His journey in leadership did not begin here. From serving as Grade 7 to Grade 10 President, to taking on roles in the SSG, he had long been exposed to responsibility. Academically, he remained consistent as an honor student and proved his competence through achievements such as placing in the Certiport Exam and earning recognition in NSTP-CWTS. Yet, PICE challenged him in a different way, it pushed him to grow not just in skill, but in character.
In the end, his journey reflects a simple truth: strength is not formed in comfort. It is shaped by challenges, built through responsibility, and proven through persistence. Like a structure designed to endure, the lessons he gained will stay with him—firm, steady, and ready for the path ahead. 🛣
