USJ-R Junior People Management Association of the Philippines (USJ-R JPMAP) is an organization under the Marketing and Human Resource Management Department of USJ-R School of Business and Management (SBM). The organization is composed of all the students who are enrolled in the People Management related programs specifically students major in Human Resource Management. USJ-R JPMAP aims to create a

harmonious relationship and camaraderie among the members; to provide seminars, workshops, training and development to its members to fully build a career path in the field of Human Resource Management.

Stepping into a new chapter means aligning our paths toward a single, shared goal.

โ€‹Focused on unity and collaboration, our USJR JPMAP chapter attended the 1st Calibration Meeting last May 21, 2026, at The Kabilin Center. Joining other local chapters under the theme "HIUSA: Linking Local Chapters Forward," the event served as a collaborative space for strategic alignment, open dialogue, and shaping our future goals.
