A double milestone for CEAAPI and the future of renewable energy training! ☀️🔌

We are thrilled to celebrate two major achievements today that mark a significant step forward in our commitment to sustainable technical education.

1️⃣ Advancing Standards: We are proud to announce the official awarding of our Program Registration in Microcredentialing in PV Systems: Standards-based Installation and Commissioning! A huge thank you to the TESDA Provincial Office of Cebu and PD Carlito Quintano for their guidance and support in helping us reach this standard.

2️⃣ Powering Innovation: We have officially energized the TESDA-CEAAPI Training Center at the TESDA Regional Training Center VII! This facility is now 100% powered by PV Systems, putting our sustainability advocacy into action. It was an honor to have OIC Veramie Geonzon join us to witness the energization of this green-powered learning hub.

These milestones aren't just about programs or infrastructure—they are about preparing the next generation of solar professionals with the right skills, powered by the right technology.

Onward and upward! 🚀

Solar Community Meetup 2025: Empowering Local Energy Champions

Last August 20, the Clean Energy Advocates Association of the Philippines (CEAAPI), with the leadership of New Energy Nexus (NEX) Philippines, successfully hosted the **Solar Community Meetup 2025 at Cebu Parklane International Hotel.

With solar energy being one of the most accessible renewable sources in the Philippines, the event highlighted how local solar installers and small-scale players** are driving national and global RE integration goals. As solar technology becomes more affordable, these grassroots innovators are stepping up as solution providers—contributing meaningfully to the country’s goal of 50% renewable energy in total installed capacity by 2030.

This gathering marks a powerful step toward building a collaborative solar ecosystem, connecting businesses, government agencies, and advocacy groups to shape a brighter, cleaner future.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Future Solar Energy for their generous support of CEAAPI’s mission to advance clean energy education and workforce development.

Their donation of a 3KW GoodWe Hybrid Inverter and a 100AH GoodWe Battery will serve as a vital training setup for future PV installers—developed in collaboration with TESDA VII. This initiative empowers our trainees with hands-on experience and strengthens the foundation for a more sustainable energy future.
