Greetings in the name of Our Mother Perpetual Help!
The Supreme Student Council wishes to inform all students that, in response to the prevailing extreme heat conditions being experienced in Cauayan City, Resolution No. 03, s. 2026 has been adopted recommending the temporary implementation of a revised student dress code to promote student welfare while maintaining the standards of decency, discipline, and professionalism expected within the University.
Effective immediately and until the end of the Summer Classes of Academic Year 2025–2026, students may wear appropriate civilian attire in lieu of the prescribed school uniform, subject to the following guidelines:
ALLOWED ATTIRE
• Polo shirts, blouses with sleeves, or collared shirts
• Lightweight tops with at least cap sleeves
• Slacks, trousers, or non-ripped pants
• Skirts or dresses not shorter than one (1) inch above the knee
• Closed shoes or other appropriate footwear
PROHIBITED ATTIRE
• Sleeveless or revealing tops (e.g., sando, spaghetti straps, tube tops)
• Crop tops or clothing exposing the midriff or back
• Shorts and mini skirts
• Ripped or excessively distressed jeans
• Transparent or see-through clothing without proper layering
• Clothing with offensive or vulgar prints
• Slippers or open-toe footwear (unless medically justified)
All students are reminded to wear their official University ID visibly at all times while inside the campus premises.
Exemptions may be granted for medical conditions, religious or cultural considerations, and academic requirements such as laboratory or practicum uniforms, subject to approval by the Student Personnel Services (SPS).
Students are expected to continue observing proper decorum and professionalism while on campus. Compliance with these guidelines will help ensure a safe, respectful, and conducive learning environment for everyone.
For guidance and clarification, students may coordinate with the Student Personnel Services (SPS), their respective College Offices, or the Supreme Student Council.
