With deep sorrow, we mourn the passing of Former COMELEC Commissioner Atty. Armando Velasco.
It is truly heartbreaking to learn of his passing. We pray that he may rest in eternal peace in the loving presence of our Almighty God, together with Bagis Johcar Letran and Pres. Ronnie Corpuz.
Atty. Velasco will always be remembered for his unwavering support, kindness, and presence in our lives. Despite his busy schedule, he never failed to attend our big events, always showing his genuine care and commitment. His presence brought warmth, honor, and inspiration to every gathering.
Thank you, Atty., for your good heart, for your generosity, and for a life that touched so many. Your memory will forever remain in our hearts.
You will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered, Atty. Armando Velasco.
