The Office of the Community Outreach and Extension Services, in partnership with the Student Personnel Services (SPS) Office, organized the outreach program “A December to Remember” on December 16, 2025, at the Municipal Housing in Purok 8, San Fermin, Cauayan City. The activity was carried out with the support of the Citizen Initiative Support Riders Group, Inc., Cabatuan Chapter, along with the College of Arts and Education, College of Business, and College of Information Technology and Engineering. Now in its fourth year since its launch in 2022, the initiative continues to bring holiday cheer while highlighting the university’s dedication to community engagement, volunteerism, and social responsibility.
