We worship Lord Chaitanya by always chanting the mahamantra. We take the mahamantra and we place it on our lips, on our tongue, in our ears and in our mind. We take the mahamantra and we bathe in it. We touch it on our beads. We see it and we rest in it with our minds and we sleep in it at night. This is taking shelter of Lord Chaitanya. I am a sinful creature devoid of love for God and love for others, but out of His kindness, Lord Chaitanya has accepted me as His servant and allowed me to speak His Names and Glories, and to work for His pleasure in this material world. Although I am a demon, He allows me to serve Him as if I am a devotee. This is Lord Chaitanya's unconditional love, unconditional mercy. My dear Lord Chaitanya, please have mercy upon me. I want to love Krishna. I want to be Your servant. Please protect me.

2ND PRAYER FROM LORD CHAITANYA'S 8 SRI SIKSASTAKAM :
O my Lord, Your holy name alone can render all benediction to living beings, and thus You have hundreds and millions of names like Krishna and Govinda. In these transcendental names, You have invested all Your transcendental energies. There are no hard and fast rules for chanting these names. O my Lord, out of kindness, You enable us to easily approach You by Your holy names, but I am so unfortunate that I have no attraction for them.
