PNG Ports has declared a K22.5 million interim dividend to shareholder Kumul Consolidated Holdings PNG, drawn from an estimated NOPAT of K90 million.
In 2025, our 15 ports facilitated trade and cargo movement worth approximately K28.9 billion, handling 10.8 million tonnes of cargo across 4,838 vessel calls.
"This marks the second consecutive year that PNG Ports has declared the same interim dividend amount, underscoring our steady, reliable, and disciplined financial performance," said CEO Neil Papenfus.
Minister for State Enterprises Hon. William Duma said the dividend reflects sound financial management and the dedication of PNG Ports' Board, management, and employees.
Our commitment remains on enabling business, modernising infrastructure, and creating long-term value for Papua New Guinea.
