🥋 Women’s Self Defence — Stronger Together 💪🌸
A huge thank you to Worth Unlimited for organising such a fantastic community initiative.

On the 12th of September
The Four Dragons Martial Arts instructors were proud to be involved in delivering a Women’s Self Defence class.

Sharing practical skills, awareness and confidence in a supportive and positive environment.

It was fantastic to see everyone getting involved, learning together and, most importantly, having fun along the way.

The feedback from the participants really captured the day:

“It was informative and I liked the language. The words felt powerful and comfortable.”
“I liked the flow – from talk to action.”

“Great community spirit.”

“Fun learning makes it easier – really awesome.”

A great day, a great group, and a great example of what can happen when our community comes together. ❤️

Thank you, Worth Unlimited, for making it happen.

Bad news. Our seminar with Benny the Jett has been canceled. Benny has reduced his time in nz from 1 week to 4 days, and 4 seminars to 2. Auckland and Wellington have been canceled leaving 1 seminar in the North and 1 in the South Island, Christchurch and Hamilton.

This is incredibly unfortunate that we miss out on having an opportunity to meet and train with such a martial arts legend. There are still 2 seminars happening, and who doesn't love a good road trip with the guys/girls.

Four Dragons will contact and reimburse any funds paid ( to Four Dragons) to secure their spot on the now canceled seminar.

31/07/2026

We have the first fight of the day. Be there at doors open (1pm) so you dont miss a second of the action.

29/07/2026

Unfortunately we dont have the hall tonight so there is no training. See you all on Tuesday.

This Saturday, three of our warriors will be making their debut in the ring, at RAZOR Promotions Smoker series. Come along and support these guys.
