What happens when public warnings disappear into the system?
We are seeing a pattern through the Lobby for Good portal.
People raise serious concerns with public agencies. They provide documents, dates, and evidence. They follow the official process. Then, when they ask what happened, they are left with unclear answers, missing records, or no visible sign their concerns were properly assessed.
This does not prove wrongdoing.
But it does raise an important public accountability question:
Are agencies properly recording, assessing, and escalating serious warnings from the public?
We are looking for more examples so we can build a clearer picture.
Have you raised a serious concern with a public agency and later struggled to find out whether it was reviewed, recorded, or acted on?
