Ara Rau Skills and Employment Hub is a youth employment development program that focuses on filling in the gaps for disengaged youth in Tauranga Moana. The program aims to provide wrap-around support for young people to succeed in education, training, and employment. Ara Rau- Pathway to work programme is considered an economic growth component of Priority One. Ara Rau is delivering to the economy’

s growth by supporting people and expanding incomes in the region. 4️⃣ Prepare a CV - we have guidance to help, including when someone has no experience in the industry

6️⃣ Treat any initial meet-ups like a job interview
