A huge congratulations to our North Shore swimmers who were selected to attend the National Youth Programme in Christchurch! 🇳🇿

These athletes were among a select group of some of the best young swimmers in their age groups, recognised for their performances, potential and promise for the future. 💪🔥

The programme covered everything from technical skills and training strategies to nutrition, recovery, etc. — giving our swimmers a great insight into what it takes to perform at the next level.

They also had the opportunity to train and connect with other top young swimmers from around the country. 💥

We’re incredibly proud of our swimmers for representing North Shore and making the most of this opportunity.

Keep learning. Keep pushing. Keep dreaming big. 🌟

Finishing the NZ Short Course Champs off with a BANG! 💥🏊‍♀️

2🥉 Individual Open Medals, 1🥉 4x100 Mixed Medley Relay Medal 
3🥇, 3🥈 and 2🥉 Age Group Medals 
🇳🇿 1 more NZ Record and 🔥 12 PBs!

Also a huge congratulations to NSS for finishing 2nd Overall Open Club and 2nd Overall Age Group Club! 💙💛

Our Rebecca Meder is representing North Shore at the World Aquatics Swimming World Cup! 🌏🏆

There are three legs over three weeks, travelling from Baku, Azerbaijan 🇦🇿, to Tashkent, Uzbekistan 🇺🇿, and then finishing in Astana, Kazakhstan 🇰🇿.

NSS wishes you the very best of luck, Becky! 💪We’ll be supporting you every step of the way and cheering you on right through to the end!

One day to go, and North Shore is still making its mark! 🔥💫

1 🥇 Open Individual Medal and 1🥉 in the 4x50 Fr Men’s Relay

Our Age Group swimmers also brought home an amazing haul of 3🥇, 2🥈 and 4🥉💪

Plus, another NZ Record and an incredible 22 PBs! 🚀

Session 2 & 3 done! 🙌
Coming away with 6🥇 and 3🥈 Age Group medals, plus 1🥈 and 2🥉 Open medals, including a 🥉 in the 4x100m Freestyle Men’s Relay!

We also smashed 2 NZ Records and clocked an incredible 13 PBs! 🔥👏

What a couple of amazing sessions! We’re excited to see what tonight’s results bring. Let’s keep it going, team!🎉
