You don’t need fancy facilities to get better. 💯

Sometimes it’s about using what’s right in front of you — stairs, ramps, open spaces, a ball and a bit of imagination.

Our athletes learning to adapt, create and compete — even turning a game of netball into a rugby league challenge! 🏉😂

It’s not always about what you have.
It’s about what you do with what you have.

Find a way. Put in the work. Keep getting better. 🔥

After an amazing week in Queensland, our girls are back home with plenty of memories, new experiences and some big decisions ahead! ❤️🖤

They’ve trialled with Tweed Seagulls, Dolphins & Burleigh Bears…

🏉 FINAL TRIAL COMPLETE! 🏉

Thursday saw our girls take on their final trial at Burleigh Bears, and once again they did absolutely amazing! 🔥💪🏽 We couldn’t be prouder of the way they have represented themselves and Apex throughout this whole experience.

The girls also got the opportunity to tour the Titans, see behind the scenes and watch the women’s training session — such an awesome experience for them to see what the next level looks like. 🏉❤️

From trials, training and recovery to meeting players, touring clubs and experiencing life in Queensland — this trip has been about so much more than rugby league.

An incredible experience for our girls, memories they’ll carry with them, and hopefully plenty of inspiration for what’s ahead. 🖤

Dream big. Work hard. Keep chasing it.
We are so proud of you girls! ❤️🖤🔥
