Apologies for the delay in posting the results from yesterday. Another awesome day of fun and friendship, despite the wet and chilly conditions. Petanquers are a hardy bunch! Congratulations to everyone who took part and special congratulations to Chris Dixon and Richard Browne who are the 2026 Te Waipounamu Mixed Doubles Champions, beating Robbie Sihamau and Shar McGrath in the final.
A huge thank you to all the members of DCP who helped to make it a success. Too many to mention here, but you all came together with food, raffle prizes, cleaning, restringing, painting lines, gardening, and the practical running of both events. We are an awesome team, so take a bow team DCP.
