We provide free support for Rangatahi aged 16-18 years and are currently not in education, employment or training. We will encourage them to identify their goals and aspirations and empower them along the way to succeed. Our Kaiārahi, Youth Mentors, will work with each young person to tailor individual pathway plans and provide ongoing support to achieve their goals. Using our extensive local and regional networks our aim is to assist our Rangatahi to gain a placement within a pathway that aligns with their goals whether it be employment, education or work-based training.
