Meet Sue – our Business Hub Coordinator and DCDB Hub Manager! 💼✨

Sue is passionate about supporting people on their business journey. Whether you're just starting out or looking for guidance, she's here to offer advice, connect you with the right resources, and point you in the right direction.

As the overall Manager of the DCDB Hub, Sue also plays a key role in supporting initiatives that strengthen our community. She works alongside local organisations and businesses to coordinate events, workshops, and opportunities that build confidence, develop skills, and create meaningful connections.

Sue is one-third of the dedicated team behind the Dargaville Community Development Board, The SEED Co-Working Spaces, and Community Housing, helping to ensure these services continue to support and benefit our community.

Her leadership, experience, and commitment help make the Hub a welcoming place where people, ideas, businesses, and community projects can grow and thrive. 🌱🤝✨

Theresa manages our co-working office spaces and enjoys getting to know the people who choose to take a break working from home and make use of our welcoming, professional workspaces, offices, and boardrooms.

💙 Feeling at Home at The SEED

I was chatting with Anisha a while back, and she shared that she feels at home when she comes into The SEED. She said the space feels comfortable and welcoming, and that it's really nice to be able to offer her clients an environment where they feel at ease too.

One of Anisha's clients says that "coming out of the wind and rain into the front door of The SEED is so calm and warm, yea it's so calm in here..."

That's exactly what we hope to create. Co-working is about more than just having a desk or meeting room—it's about providing a warm, professional space where people feel comfortable, connected, and supported.

✨ Live in the Northland region
✨ Have been supported by He Poutama Taitamariki and MSD
