Rā Manaaki Hapori | Community Care Day

Kia ora e te hapori, greetings to our community.

Community Focus Trust is pleased to support Stacey Noble and The Noble Room, now operating from within the Community Focus Trust villa in St Albans.

At CFT we believe wellbeing support should feel welcoming, accessible, and community focused. We also recognise that for many people, services such as massage can feel financially out of reach, difficult to prioritise while caring for others, or even a little intimidating for a first visit.

As part of this kaupapa, Stacey will be offering Rā Manaaki Hapori, Community Care Days, providing shorter discounted massage sessions to help make wellbeing support more accessible to the wider community.

• 45 minute massage sessions for $55
Usual price $95 per hour

• Koha / pay what you can available where cost is a barrier

• Limited spaces available

Do you have a bike sitting unused in the shed or garage?

Community Focus Trust’s BuyCycle programme helps people who desperately need transport to get to work, appointments, training, and daily life. Right now we are running very low on bikes and urgently need more to keep supporting people in our community.

If you have a bike you no longer use, we would greatly appreciate either:
a donation, or the opportunity to purchase it cheaply for this worthwhile cause.

Adult bikes in reasonable condition are especially helpful, but we are grateful for anything suitable we may be able to refurbish and pass on.

Every bike can make a real difference to someone trying to get back on their feet.
