𝐓𝐎𝐆𝐄𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐍𝐄𝐏𝐀𝐋 𝐅𝐔𝐍𝐃𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐑
Following the catastrophic flash flooding in Nepal, so many families have lost loved ones, homes, and livelihoods. Lives have been lost, homes destroyed, and families left grieving following the recent devastation in Nepal. While thousands of kilometres separate us in New Zealand, our hearts remain anchored to our homeland, our families, and our friends. When Nepal hurts, Aotearoa feels it deeply. As a community here in Canterbury, we know the long and difficult road to recovery after a natural disaster, and we know that distance cannot divide us when support is needed most.

Beyond financial aid, this effort is a message of solidarity and hope, proving that even from afar, Aotearoa stands shoulder-to-shoulder with Nepal.

Every ticket sold ensures direct financial aid reaches ground operations in Nepal to deliver essential shelter, medical supplies, and long-term recovery support. Supported by community organisations across Canterbury, this evening is an opportunity to share a delicious meal, share warmth, build ties, and stand shoulder-to-shoulder with Nepal in its hour of need.
Let's gather, heal, and give to rebuild together. See you there!

𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐓𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐄𝐃 𝐔𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐋 𝐅𝐔𝐑𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐈𝐂𝐄
Given the difficult times our community is going through following the situation in Nepal, it simply didn’t feel right to celebrate while so many of our people are hurting. After thoughtful conversations with our community and artists, we have made the difficult decision to postpone Durgesh Adhikari - Mortgage Advisor Presents 𝐃𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 until further notice.

We are working closely with the artists to finalise a new date when we can come together and share the joy of our culture and music at a time that feels right for our community.

Thank you for your understanding, patience and continued support.
A new date will be announced soon.
Our thoughts, prayers and deepest sympathies are with everyone affected by the devastating floods and landslides in Nepal. To those who have lost loved ones, homes, and livelihoods, we hold you in our hearts during this extraordinarily painful time. Though we are miles away, our community stands firmly in solidarity with you, sending strength, hope and unwavering support as recovery efforts begin.❤️🇳🇵
