Murrays Bay PTA

Good morning

The minutes from last night's meeting are attached - here is a quick summary of what was discussed:

1. NZHL Beats by Bingo raised $7,873 - a huge effort and a fun night
2. Whittakers Chocolate boxes have been distributed - not all kids will have received a box. If you have a box and you think you won't be able to sell it all, please return it to the office

3. Carols on the Court - this year we'll be selling tickets for a Grocery Dash; winners will be drawn at the Carols event. Stay tuned for more details in Term 4. We'll also be selling Christmas hams again; ordering details will be available early Term 4.

4. Top Team is coming again in Term 1 of 2027 - money raised will go towards the School Counsellor.

That's it, thanks,
Becky

A last-minute call for MBPS Parent volunteers! 🍫

Our Whittaker’s Chocolate Boxes were due to arrive today, but the delivery has been delayed until tomorrow, Monday 15 September. As our original helpers are no longer available, we’d be very grateful for some extra hands to help sort and distribute the boxes.

If you can spare a couple of hours—or even just one—anytime between 10am and 2pm, please comment below or send us a message. Thank you! 🙏

The tally is in! Over $8k profit from our first Beats by Bingo event.

How cool.

Thanks again to all those who came, spent, donated, helped and supported.

Special thanks to NZHL Home Loans / Insurance for sponsoring the event.

And to the PTA for pulling off another great event, particularly Najmeh Naderi our Chairperson extraordinaire!
