What a place to be able to go to school! North Shore A is currently visiting Verran Primary School and this is their playground - bike track, fields and loads of native bush. It’s an unbelievably beautiful setting in which to teach children. Thanks for having us Verran Primary School 🦒💛🫶🏻

Amy and I would love to say a big Thank You to the students at Sherwood School for their amazing cards! They’ve highlighted the learning they’ve done with me (and Amy) this term about their ❤️ H E A R T ❤️ values but also building more understanding around empathy, resilience and how to be a great friend. Student have mentioned in their cards they also loved the stars ✨ and learning Star Breathing ✨ as well as the changing lights. Some even mentioned how funny my jokes were and not dad jokes like Amy thought! 🫶🏻🦒

How fantastic are Birkdale Intermediate?!?

Not only do they have great staff and students but they are led by Matua Joel who is a support & advocate for Life Education Trust with allowing Harold to visit for his first time as the new Tumuaki 🚸

Amy and Harold were educating the dangers of alcohol and the effects on our health - great patai and sharing on Fun Friday!

One of our Life Education classrooms is currently down at Birkdale Intermediate School where we are teaching Puberty and Substance to the students. There is an incredible vibe at the school, full of learners who are calm, respectful and with a willingness to learn - making their MaRK (Manaakitanga, Respect, Kindness)

Harold's past two weeks at Sunnynook school have been marked by growth and determination. After finding his roller skates under his bed, he encountered some bumps but persevered, developing his resilience. On Friday, Harold decided to leave his skates at home and had a wonderful time connecting with students, giving high-fives, and being present in the playground.

Ngā Mihi nui for all the fun we had together! 💛🤎
