Calling out RNZâs selective condemnation of sexual assault.
SELECTIVE CONDEMNATION OF SEXUAL ASSAULT IS EVIL.
A fortnight ago, a major report containing 10,000 photos, 1800 hours of footage, and eyewitness testimony from over 400 witnesses was released proving that Hamas engaged in premeditated mass r*p3 of Israelis on October 7 2023 as an intentional weapon of warfare sanctioned by Hamas leadership in advance.
RNZ (and every other major media outlet in this country) were made aware of this by a press release issued by the Israeli embassy, but not a single one of them reported on it, despite the fact that it was headline news in overseas news outlets like the BBC. This is despite the fact that RNZ ordinarily covers everything Israel-related in loving detail every single day, even things as trivial as Hollywood celebrities alleging persecution for their stance on Palestine.
However, today RNZ reported on the fact that the UN has added Israel to a "sexual violence blacklist" for alleged sexual violence committed against Palestinians. (Link in the comments.)
Even if the number of Israeli sexual assaults of Palestinians were remotely on the scale of Hamasâ sexual assaults of Israelis (of which there is no evidence) the hypocrisy is sickening. RNZ will report on sexual violence committed by Israelis but not on sexual violence committed by Hamas.
