These were our amazing 2025 crew who pretty much were our core team that helped hold things down when it come to traffic control, security and more for the Ōtara Christmas Lights. This year we are having to wrap more compliance around this kaupapa but we are keen to see how we can keep our rangatahi in these role rather than procuring outsiders.

We are keen to talk to anyone who has any ideas on how we can progress to making this happen. Our youngest traffic controller was 12 years old! But these guys did an incredible job!
