This free informal this six-week course is a toolkit for building mental health resilience which includes mindfulness techniques, cognitive behavior therapy, emotional regulation and distress tolerance tools, selfcare, boundary work and an opportunity to make connections with others.

We were deeply saddened to hear that yesterday afternoon the wonderful Terry Healey passed away. We are particularly thinking about her family who have been gathered around her, and sending much love to them.

Terry was a founding member of Homebuilders Family Services way back in 1989. Terry's passing is such a huge loss for people right across our community, her warmth, kindness, astute mind and quick humour will be terribly missed. She has had a massive positive impact on so many lives. Farewell and rest in peace dear friend ###x
